The section functions as a support service for the main functions of the CAASL under the Corporate Division. Recruitment of staff, Staff training, staff allocations, cadre creations, implementation of welfare schemes and general administration are mainly carried out by the Human Resources and Office Management section.
Information Technology Unit functions under the section and attends to all the IT requirements in the organization and the Technical library maintained by the section is the main knowledge center for Internal and external clients who seek knowledge in Aviation.
Staff training is conducted as per the scheduled Annual Training Programmes based on the Master Training Plans. Each individual’s training records are handled at a central point.
Staff is recruited according to the stipulated Scheme of recruitment and by following the proper evaluation screening.
