Key Functions
• Maintaining of CAA immovable and movable properties in good
condition
• Effective Budgetary control as per the approved Programme Budget and CAA
Business Plan.
• Preparation of Annual Programme Budget for each year.
• Development of the CAA Final Accounts at the end of each financial
year
• Answering the internal and general audit queries relating to financial
transactions and replying to CAA or Ministerial queries relating to the CAA
Budget.
• Obtaining financial resources to continue operations of CAA
• Carry out operations and Asset Management
• Invest financial resources of CAA in productive assets that support the
CAA goals.
• Recording financial transactions and keeping financial records
• Collection and Disbursement of Embarkation Levy
• Revision of Regulatory Charges Levied by CAA
• Development of internal office procedures and required Manual for the
management and efficient conduct of Finance Management Section.
• Development of Training Plan Finance Management Section and
Implementation same.
• Management of the Finance Management Section.
