Approval for Flower drops

Request letter from the airline with necessary details and a written request from client together with the completed form CAA/AS/34. (Click here to Visit Applications)

Flower drop requests are to be submitted at least 3 days prior to the operation for onward processing.
However, during exceptional urgent circumstances that requires such approval to be received, all information as required by the CAASL approval process pertinent to the operation shall be submitted at least 6hrs prior to the time of operation for consideration.

Approval for photography, video filming from air

Request letter from the Airline with necessary details and a written request from client.
Required time: 03 working days 

Approval for displaying of Logos/ livery on surface of the Aircraft fuselage & leaflet drops etc.

Request letter from the airline with necessary details and a written request from client & Ministry of Defense clearance (MOD).
Required time: 03 working days
